one web page to another location on that web page, to another location on that web

Meta Tag= HTML Information in your web page
source code that provides detailed information (keywords, description and URL title) to
describe your web page. Depending on your web site design, this information may need to be
revised to help with your submission and ranking before you submit your URL.

Ranking Keywords=
This is a short list of the main keyword(s) you feel users will
enter when looking for your web site. Search engines rank or display
lists of web sites in order of keyword matches. A match may be
determined by various means, some of which may be: order of exact match (keywords in
the exact order on the web site), best match (any keyword match in any
order) or by the number of keyword matches, just to name a few. Hint: Usually web site designers use
too many keywords that are never used by someone
looking for your site, by refining your keywords you may improve your ranking.
|
Submission= In order for a search engine or
a FFA to know about a particular web site on the internet the URL information must be
manually added to there list of hundreds or hundreds of thousands of URL's. Once the
search engine or FFA has the specific information for a URL it will list it for a period
time based on the number of listings in a particular category, number of hits or
various other
criteria. This submission process may take from 10-30 minutes depending on the complexity
of the search engine, this adds up to hundreds of hours of valuable time when submitting
to hundreds and/or thousands of search engines and FFA sites.
